CIPS COMMUNICATIONS KIT
The Covert In Plain Sight – CIPS™ Kit is a surveillance kit which allows an operator to receive and transmit audio via a set of standard bud-type earphones. This system is connected to your portable radio and includes a beige or black sniper ring for covert transmissions. (Earphones included).
The TCI Undercover Kit looks like using a pair of ear buds.
